The MODIFYCOLLECTIONS command has a set of properties it can change. In
documenting the V2 version I noticed that some of the parameters aren't
suppored by the V2 version, and in in discussion on Slack with [~gerlowskija]
we thought that it made sense for both flavours to work the same.
SOLR-12498 is a discussion about deprecating some properties that may have
bearing on this. My thought is to add the properties to V2, so V1 and V2
still work the same, instead of documenting the differences between the two in
the Ref Guide....
