I'd prefer that our distribution be more practical – for running Solr only. I
want to tell users to go get such libs from Maven Central and to read docs
online. Admittedly, I'm not familiar with any ASF rules/restrictions on
this... [~atris] perhaps you know, having worked with incubator project(s)?
