All fine, it was more a TODO for myself, as I was searching for "executable" in
all {{*.gradle}} files and I wanted to leave a comment for my later work. If
that does not work with apply, it's bad. I am glad that we do not regenerate on
each run, as this would break on Windows Jenkins (no Git installed, Jenkins
uses JGit internally for checkouts, too).
