The test without you patch isn't failing for me locally, I think we're going to
have to be a bit more involved, unfortunately. Maybe once SOLR-14413 is merged
we can copy the example there using DelayingSearchComponent, I think that would
be the most reliable way to verify. I think this is an important patch, let's
wait a few days to make sure we can get it right.
To clarify, this only happens when there are multiple shards involved, right?
