At this stage, the tests are extremely fast and stable any little wrong thing
can introduce hard to track down issues. Even a bad 3-5 second pause here or
there is an ugly bug that can creep back in. So I will develop against a dev
branch as well as unignore tests or pull in other commits and once my local
jenkins clusters says it's okay, I'll promote those commits to the stable
initial branch. I've already started this process.
