[~epugh], I'm glad you noticed that, it's a good point about duplicating 
parameter details. Generally we should avoid that - the more places the same 
information appears, the more likely someone might miss updating one should 
details change. I generally advocate linking until there's a compelling reason 
to duplicate the content.

If it's true that the parameter basically works the same with one caveat, I 
think it's feasible to have a simple paragraph that says the RESTORE command 
takes the {{createNodeSet}} and {{createNodeSet.shuffle}} parameters, and that 
they work the same with the one exception that RESTORE does not take {{EMPTY}} 
for {{createNodeSet}}. A link to the CREATE command might also be helpful so 
users don't need to scroll.
