Side note: I have recently completely rewritten test TestZKPropertiesWriter in
commit
[https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/commit/62dd94d26b054f3fe1032ab3096db1148e59ed57]
This only went to Solr 9.0. I hope if DIH is deprecated in 8x that this work is
not lost (it will be needed for this test in 9.0 regardless of where DIH and
the test sit).
