Often times Solr and ZK are both firewalled inside a production environment,
from where it is difficult to get files copied and attached into emails easily.
However, the Solr ports are accessible (via VPN etc.), and hence it is possible
for devs to grab output of an HTTP call and attach in an email or paste on
slack. This proposed endpoint will help there.
