This is kind of an odd setup, in that I wouldn't expect somebody to do use a MatchAll query in an index with mixed parent and child documents - normally you are filtering by parent or doing a join of some kind. But it should still be fixed, at any rate. Do we get the same errors when adding a filter to return only parent docs? I think https://github.com/apache/lucene/pull/16857 will help here in that it should mean we only need to check for the existence of doc blocks in a single place. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
