Erick Erickson commented on SOLR-14047: --------------------------------------- [~krisden] If you do mess with changing system properties, there's a neat trick I stumbled on once upon a time: See SystemPropertiesRestoreRule, an example is in DocValuesNotIndexedTest. In fact I have a Jira to move that up higher in the class hierarchy: SOLR-13308. If you wind up putting it in the base class maybe we can close that one too. > Make sure tests don't pickup other Hadoop installs > -------------------------------------------------- > > Key: SOLR-14047 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-14047 > Project: Solr > Issue Type: Test > Security Level: Public(Default Security Level. Need to make > sure to either unset that environment variable or make sure that Hadoop > doesn't pickup environment variables unnecessarily in tests. > [~gerlowskija] found this in testing SOLR-14033 -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.3.4#803005) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: issues-unsubscr...@lucene.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: issues-h...@lucene.apache.org
