You should seek peer review before merging things to master, not shuffle it in
and hope nobody notices? This is a new public API that we need to support and
secure. I propose you revert and bring this up on dev@ list as a discussion
before committing any code. I still don't see the usecase here. If it is for
ops people, those already have access to ZK directly and can use any ZK tool,
UI or bin/solr zk cp to inspect whatever they want inside ZK.
