This PR: 1. Add TestMetricsRowGroupFilter "some_double_nans" field which contain NaN as well as non-nan values for Coverage. 2. Change TestMetricsRowGroupFilterTypes "double" and "float" fields , add some NAN, for value Coverage. TestMetricsRowGroupFilterTypes.
