One correction to the "Out of scope" line about #1149: moving exported
types, functions and constants doesn't need `/v2`. I moved `LocationProvider`
into a `table/location` package behind `type LocationProvider =
location.Provider` and a forwarding `LoadLocationProvider`, and an external
module using the old `table.*` names built unchanged. Only moving methods off
`Table` is breaking, and #2083 already does that before the tag. Details and a
revised plan are on #1149.

@laskoviymishka, could that line say the rest can land after V1 through type
aliases?
