Adds `adls.token`: authenticate to Azure Storage with a static OAuth2 access token. Java and PyIceberg already define this property (noted in #2024). - Precedence: after shared key, SAS token, and connection string; before managed identity and the default credential chain. The token is not refreshed. - Vended credentials are now merged through one helper that first drops stale credentials of the same kind. This now applies at every merge site (create, register, load, credential refresh, and `RefreshTableCredentials`), so a stale shared key or S3 session token can no longer shadow freshly vended credentials. This widens the existing clearing to S3/GCS at those sites. - Updates the Azure auth precedence in `configuration.md` (now six steps) and the related doc comments.
