Fixes #2093. `IsIn` and `NotIn` panic when constructed with two or more variant values because `VariantLiteral` contains byte slices and cannot be used directly as a map key. Hash variant metadata and value bytes for set insertion and lookup, matching `VariantLiteral.Equals`. Length-prefix the metadata to distinguish the two byte sequences, and confirm membership with `Equals`. Tests cover predicate construction, deduplication, negation, membership, distinct metadata with identical value bytes, and rejection when binding to a variant column.
