Review Comment:
   I agreed with you. 1K is too small for real production use case. I hesitate 
to put memory pressure on worker.  I added caching before implementing 
partition pruning for delete indexes. Do you want me to make cache size 
configurable by user or Remove the cache entirely ? 
   
   IMO changelog scans are typically few snapshots except initial starts if 
users use streaming style for CDC.
