Review Comment:
   Yeah fundamentally what's being done is a projection on top of the metadata 
row that's passed in. So I went ahead and used ProjectingInternalRow from 
Spark;  the projection via ordinals is determined and cached. Then the 
projection is applied on each row during evaluation
