@deniskuzZ : None of the APIs you have pointed is public APIs, private or
package private can have boolean argument and the guidelines says while passing
boolean arguments to these private methods, add a comment for better
readability.
BTW I finished refactoring and pushed. Thats the best we can have I guess :)
