+For `geometry` and `geography` types, the parameter C refers to the CRS 
(coordinate reference system), a mapping of how coordinates refer to locations 
on Earth.

   @jiayuasu Why is there a need to flip the axis order? According to projjson 
spec you linked:
   
   > Note: EPSG:4326 and OGC:CRS84 are equivalent with respect to this 
specification because this specification specifically overrides the coordinate 
axis order in the crs to be longitude-latitude.
