Review Comment:
   @TennyZhuang I was doing a rust PR to port the changes from python and java 
PR mentioned @flyrain mentioned. Apart from making the scope and those 
additional param configurable, in java/python version, there is an exchange 
flow 
   - when the context has a token and using that getting a new token
   -  to refresh token before expiry.
