### Which issue does this PR close? Closes #113 partly. ### Rationale for this change Add hive metastore support, to reach feature parity with other iceberg implementations. ### What changes are included in this PR? Added test infra (hive-metastore, docker-compose) for integration test. Implemented all of the namespace operations from the `Catalog` trait. ### Are these changes tested? Yes.
