Review Comment:
   I tried but could not get it to work. Kept getting
   
   ```
   Caused by: java.io.NotSerializableException: 
org.apache.iceberg.spark.actions.RewriteManifestsSparkAction
   ```
   
   I attempted some basic `Extends Serializable` mitigations but didn't get 
anywhere and didn't wish to modify the main class too much. Would you prefer I 
create a utility package to hold this class at least?
