Nick Couchman commented on GUACAMOLE-2072:
------------------------------------------
As updated on the FreeRDP issue, I've narrowed down the version of FreeRDP
where RAIL support breaks (3.4.0), and done a git bisect to get down to the
specific commit that breaks it. As soon as I have a chance I'll take a closer
look at what changed in that commit and see if there's something different we
should be doing in the Guacamole code to use RAIL properly. I'll like the
FreeRDP issue that I opened to this Jira ticket.

> Hello,
> I have installed Guacamole 1.6.0/1.5.5 natively with FreeRPD 3.5.1 on Ubuntu
> 22.04.
> The desktop sessions work well, but only remote app sessions disconnect
> immediately after login. (The video recording is attached.)
> The Guacd log shows that "RDP Server closed/refused connection: Manually
> logged off." (The screenshot of the Guacd log is attached.)
> I also tested & confirmed that connecting the remote app with the xfreerdp
> 3.5.1 command works fine.
> xfreerdp /u:TestUser4 /p:12345 /app:program:"||Notepad++"
> /v:192.168.104.180:33389
>
> The Guacamole 1.6.0/1.5.5 with FreeRPD 2.x also works fine.
> I guess upgrading FreeRDP 2.x to 3.x causes this remote app disconnect issue.
