Thanks [~mjumper] - I've been doing the same, poking around the FreeRDP code to
see how it's being handled, there. I see several differences, but nothing has
jumped out as an obvious item missing that would, for whatever reason, fail to
connect the RAIL channel and cause the RDP server to log the user off
immediately.
