Look at Qt's platform requirements and see if your target supports it or
not! :)

SteamOS is Linux based, so if you have an openGL implementation available
there then I guess it's just a matter of comoiling Qt for that platform.

As for PS4 I don't know what OS it runs. You might have to add a QPA plugin
for it for running Qt on its graphics stack.
