Hi all,

I just posted a new Norwegian translation for OTRS 3.x in Bugzilla [1].
This translation might be a bit controversial though.

During the development for OTRS 3.x, the Norwegian word for "agent"
changed from "saksbehandler" to "agent". Unfortunately I was not aware
of this for various reasons. "Saksbehandler" have been used from 2005
after the previous translators and I agreed that that was the best
translation for it, since "ticket" was already translated into "sak".
Besides the Norwegian definition of "saksbehandler" is a person working
on tickets/cases (Norwegian: "sak"), while "agent" is either an
intelligence officer or a salesperson. Because of these reasons I think
"agent" should be changed back to "saksbehandler".

I know that "agent" might be used in some IT-departments since they
often use more English terminology, but OTRS also promotes itself to
other departments. And since we're translating it into Norwegian, we
should use what is most correct for our language.

I've also tried to make the translations of owner/responsible more
consistent. "Owner" have been translated into "eier", while
"responsible" have been translated into "ansvarlig".

I posted this here so people won't get surprised if this translation
gets accepted. Or rejected, if that's what people think it should be.
