This question made me curious because I've seen so many photos labeled PM when I thought they weren't. And of course I stare with same morbid curiosity as the next person (Thanatos?)! But standing poses - I don't know. It's practically impossible to hold an unconscious person upright - I know this - so imagine a corpse. To make the costume connection, it's also difficult to dress one!
