Bernd,
I'm not really happy with roff2pdf. It is a poor substitute for
Keith's pdfroff script IMHO since it lacks real support for PDF
features. At least the documentation of roff2pdf should reflect that.
Maybe the easiest solution is to make groffer call pdfroff. Another
option is to merge the functionality, making pdfroff a symlink to
roff2pdf.
