Given that the author of that article was included on PMO using the regular system, and there seems to be some consensus that the post is acceptable by our guidelines, why do you think an automated system would be less effective? It seems to me that being a Mozillian is pretty much the only prerequisite to join PMO, and if an individual starts posting something that doesn't meet our guidelines, someone will take action, after the fact.
