Unfortunately, I don't see any such option. The screen that asks you to 
type in the code you (didn't) get gives you a "try again" link, which just 
goes thru the same process, and a "try another method" link, which goes 
into the other password verification screens (who did you communicate with, 
what's your IP address, etc).
