Hi, Board resolutions set up PMCs and appoint officers. Policy is set separately. The board delegates Incubator policy to the IPMC. Release and licensing policy sits with Legal Affairs and Infrastructure. That's a resolution, not policy, and it's from 2002. Why cite it in 2026 and omit all the policy that's been set since? I’m not sure what your point is here.
