Hi, I’ve created a slide deck that translates the Mentor Onboarding Guide into a visual format: https://training.apache.org/presentations/apache/incubator/mentors/index.html
The slide deck is lengthy, but it’s broken into clear sections, allowing people to easily access the parts that are most relevant. Each section could benefit from some images or graphics to make it more engaging, so contributions in this area would help. The idea is for this to be a practical companion to the written guide, and something we can use to support both new and experienced mentors. Please take a look and share any feedback or improvements.
