Quick answer, BifroMQ is a distributed MQTT broker which does not provide the generic Message Queue broker server such as ActionMQ does. Yeah, we are trying to grow the community globally. That is the main reason for the podling project to go through the incubating process. The project uses English as the default language for documents and websites.
