Hi,

In the proposal, you mention having added people to the committer team. How
many people have you added and what were their company affiliations since
making the project open-source? From the proposal, it seems only people
affiliated with Alibaba and Ant Group have been made committers? Is this
correct?

Regarding risks, you mention that a large number of companies use the project,
but they seem reliant on Alibaba and Ant Group. What would happen if one of
these companies changed direction and decided to no longer contribute to the
project?

Many companies have their own forks of the project. Why are they currently
developing outside the project?

What will happen to the website at Seata.io <http://seata.io/> after the
project joins teh ASF?

You say that no CCLAs from other companies are needed, but you have listed
several people with their affiliations in the initial committer list. The
Alibaba ICLA doesn't transfer copyright, so the ASF will need ICLA or CCLAs
from those people and anyone else who has contributed significantly to the
project.

Min Ji describes themselves as “The Founder of Seata”. Are they willing to no
longer refer to themselves in that way once it becomes an Apache project? The
ASF doesn’t allow dictators (benevolent or otherwise) is this understood by the
people putting together the proposal?

Kind Regards,
Justin
