I have the same question as Huxing Zhang. I remember when apache shenyu joined the incubator, the init committer list, and there was a discussion about that as well.
Maybe it's a way to get the project changed to work the apache way. Is there a public place to see these (github issue or else)? > Regarding who should be the initial committer, the community follows the principles of fairness and openness. We sent notifications through email list and Dingtalk group to all committers/maintainers, informing them about the news of the public application for initial committer. Before submitting the proposal, we accepted all proactive applications. Best wishes!
