It is necessary for me to explain the community roles in Seata. The Seata
community includes roles of maintainer, committer, and contributor. In the
actual operation of the community, the committer role in the Seata
community is similar to the PMC (Project Management Committee) member role
in Apache Foundation projects. Contributors can be recommended and
nominated by committers, and after discussion and voting, they can become
new committers only when the number of votes reaches 60% of all committers
and all approval.

>From my perspective, some of the current processes in the Seata community
are similar to those of the Apache Foundation and make decisions based on
consensus. Donating Seata to the Apache Foundation not only involves the
transfer of organization, but also includes a shift in roles. Similar to
the PMC mailing list in ASF projects, Seata also has a committer mailing
list, fescar-commit...@googlegroups.com, for private discussions. The email
to become the initial committer has been sent to this email group. From the
perspective of the role model in the Seata community, I think it is
appropriate to use the fescar-committer mailing list for discussions.
