My apologies, there was an error in the Vote Letter whereby the top of the letter clearly requests a vote on RC2, but down below, the link to the Release Candidate and the GitHub Tag were actually pointing to RC1. Everything else appears to be correct. Please verify that it was RC2 that you examined and voted on. Thank you! Lee.
