Well, hmm. My fellow mentors would like to be more involved in the process, and until we have a mailing list, that's somewhat clumsy to organize. Also, all the iclas aren't in place yet for accounts. So my thought was to ask for mailing lists *first*, and then put all the others into place. If this is not making people happy I'll retreat and retrench.
