If any kind souls in the intersection of infra and incubator would care to create some mailing lists (INFRA-2971) or set up a JIRA project (an internal incubator matter according to the web page), I would be most grateful.
I'm hoping to start using the lists really soon to help the mentors organize ourselves for the other setup tasks, so this seems like the right bootstrap step.
