if you want to be precise, it's not a MUST as "site source", but it's
"source"
as is is something we (the Attic team) have to edit when retiring a project
=> in the future, it will move to Git for human commit
currently, as an easy first step, I copied it to site source (= `xdocs`, if
you want to limit "site source" definition to `xdocs`) for it to be available
in site output (= `docs`) as a result of existing build script
= what permits the current PR to be so small, easy to review, easy to merge
just now before doing next steps = do the actual activation of Git RW for all
source (branch still to be created), which is the key community objective
once Git RW activation is done, if you want, we can do another PR to read
from this Git RW instead of svn
