Mostly this is just removing references to iWMMXT in comments, but also remove
some now unused iterators and attributes.

gcc/ChangeLog:

        * config/arm/iterators.md (VMMX, VMMX2): Remove mode iterators.
        (MMX_char): Remove mode iterator attribute.
