For what it's worth, we've since worked around the issue on our end (forcing materialization of the defaulted special member functions via an artificial reference to their address), so there's no urgency from our side — filing this was mainly to document the underlying compiler issue for the community. Happy to help with further testing whenever someone gets around to it.
