Note I added the keywords more for other developers. Basically now a developer
needs to sit down and debug this. I don't think I will have some time for
another month or so (I am one of the people handles triaging of bugs and
sometimes can produce a more reduced testcase for a bigger testcase like you
provided but recently I have been busy with many other projects and considering
this bug seems to have been here for a while most other folks have not ran into
this so it is lower on my priority list of triaging; I try to aim for the ones
introduced in the last few years to be on my high priority).
