--- Comment #2 from Ulrich Telle <ulrich.telle at gmx dot de> --- I understand a wxWidgets-independent reproducer would be preferable, and I did attempt several rounds of minimization (see earlier comments/description) — none of them reproduced the failure, which itself seems to be evidence that the amount of code / size of the resulting callgraph is a relevant factor, not just the specific control-flow shape. wxWidgets is readily available as a prebuilt package on most platforms (e.g. libwxgtk3.2-dev on Debian/Ubuntu, wxGTK3-devel on Fedora), so I'd hope the setup overhead remains manageable.
