To overcome the misdirected path, I created a "java" directory under /usr/share and copied the /usr/local/gcj/usr/share/java files to /usr/share/java. I then successfully ran my command and the output is attached hereto. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=42409
