* NOT both DOSLFN and LFNDOS (which of them was better?)
LFNDOS is written in C (larger executable!) and was abandoned in
1999/2000. DOSLFN is in assembler; its latest release is from 2012; it
supports multiple code pages. I would recommend DOSLFN.
