No. GPL only restricts usage GPLed sources inside your programs, which
you _distribute_ not under GPL. All other actions (redistributing, including
commercial delivery with any price) isn't limited (of course, sources should
be also maked available somehow).

Author says "not sold". This _is_ restriction of usage freedom.
