     Let me remind you Mac OS. Files there contains two 32-bit ID: file type
and associated (default) application. For example, file may be textual, and,
if system doesn't contains associated application, then file may be opened
with any other application, which associated with texts.

     _For me_ PROG/PRG assoicated with "programming" (also as LANG
associated with "_programming_ language(s)"). I prefer APP(S), TOOL, UTIL.
But contents of my UTIL I already move to BIN.
