     _My_ computer contains BIN directory, which earlier wa UTIL. But I
don't _feel_ that adding extra BIN subdirectory into existing directory (be
it BORLAND, WATCOM or FDOS) is a good idea (unless there different hosts,
like BINDOS, BINWIN, BINNT).

     Data usually not separated as "binary" or "not binary" (ie. textual),
whereas BIN is not worsest name. :) How else? EXE?
