I installed it too for good measure, not sure if its being used, but I don't want to mess with it.
However, the problem has gotten more interesting. It seems that getting 'eeze' mode support for mounting depends on how I start enlightenment. I use lightdm as my display manager and have a short .xinitrc which starts enlightenment with 'exec launch_dbus ck-launch-session enlightenment_start' line. When I start enlightenment though the lightdm login screen, I have no usb support. But if I restart enlightenment using the main menu, the mode switches to 'eeze' and all my devices show up. This behavior is consistent each time I start my machine. How does the restart option in menu behave differently from 'exec enlightenment_start? Is there a better way to start enlightenment from a display manager?
